Some other nutrients that you need to incorporate in your meals would be zinc, essential fatty acids, and sulfur, so that you can have long, hard, and healthy nails to marvel at. It is also very much advisable to eat foods rich in omega three, like those fishes and sardines, since they can help you achieve a better look for your nails.

But of course, just because you eat healthy does not mean you automatically have shiny good nails, you also have to trim them from time to time and put some stuff on them to make them look pretty and healthy.
