The Charles River Beit Midrash bridges communities from Brookline, Cambridge and beyond for serious text study dedicated to social justice issues in an open, non-denominational setting. The Beit Midrash is open to individuals of all backgrounds and knowledge levels. We meet every week for both guided & independent learning of Jewish texts.

Sessions are hosted by and alternate every month between Cambridge at Eitz Chayim and Brookline at Kehillath Israel.

The Charles River Beit Midrash is sponsored by Cambridge Minyan, Hebrew College, Moishe/Kavod House (through a generous grant from the Bronfman Youth Fellowships in Israel Alumni Fund), Washington Square Minyan, and Minyan Tehillah, and through a generous grant from the Young Adult Task Force of Combined Jewish Philanthropies.
